IPL Auction: Cummins earns big bucks, fans break the internet

Australia's World Cup-winning skipper Pat Cummins became the most expensive player in IPL history on Tuesday when Sunrisers Hyderabad shelled out Rs 20.50 crore for his services at the players' auction held in Dubai. The fast bowler surpassed the previous record of Rs 18.50 crore held by England all-rounder Sam Curran, who was acquired by Punjab Kings last year. New Zealand batter Daryl Mitchell was bought for Rs 14 crore by the Chennai Super Kings.
